As with ALL of our earrings, if your sterling silver hooks or posts are found to be faulty, we will replace them for free, for life. To replace your faulty hook or post please send a photo of your faulty hooks or posts to production@moemoedesign.com.au with your postal address (and order number if purchased from our online store.) No receipt necessary. Our warranty does not cover damaged earring tiles/panels, or lost pieces. All BUNDLE sales are final We cannot refund or credit for change of mind of outlet and sale stock.
