OUR BUNDLE store exists to reduce waste and repurpose pieces that would otherwise be destined for disposal due to being discontinued.
Products from our BUNDLE category MAY be imperfect but are with out a doubt wear- able!
Please be aware that when purchasing BUNDLE pieces that the following faults may be present:
very small scratches
Tarnished sterling silver which can be polished
marked, scuffed, bent or folded display cards and/or packaging
any other minor faults stated in individual product descriptions
WARRANTY
With love and care, your Moe Moe will last a lifetime!
As with ALL of our earrings, if your sterling silver hooks or posts are found to be faulty, we will replace them for free, for life. To replace your faulty hook or post please send a photo of your faulty hooks or posts to production@moemoedesign.com.au with your postal address (and order number if purchased from our online store.) No receipt necessary.
Our warranty does not cover damaged earring tiles/panels, or lost pieces.
All BUNDLE sales are final
We cannot refund or credit for change of mind of outlet and sale stock. All faults are listed above meaning you accept this when purchasing from the outlet, therefore faulty returns will not be accepted. We cannot, under any circumstance accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
