very small scratches
slight tarnishing of the sterling silver which can be polished
marked, bent or folded display cards and/or packaging
any other minor faults stated in individual product descriptions

As with ALL of our earrings, if your sterling silver hooks or posts are found to be faulty, we willreplace them for free, for life. To replace your faulty hook or post please send a photo of your faulty hooks or posts to production@moemoedesign.com with your postal address (and order number if purchased from our online store.) No receipt necessary.
Our warranty does not cover damaged earring tiles/panels, or lost pieces.
If you've lost a sterling silver hook, stud or post back, we offer single and double replacement components to purchasehere or restyle packshere which give you 4 different options for every pair of Moe Moe earrings you own!
All OUTLET sales are final We cannot refund or credit for change of mind of outlet and sale stock. All faults are listed above meaning you accept this when purchasing from the outlet, therefore faulty returns will not be accepted. We cannot, under any circumstance accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Our Outlet store exists to reduce waste and repurpose pieces that would be otherwise be destined for disposal due to only minor imperfections!
