DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! We have flat rate shipping rates for New Zealand, USA and the UK. We're happy to arrange shipping anywhere else globally, just send us an email at sales@moemoedesign.com.au so we can work out the best shipping rate for you. Please note that shipping does not include any duties or taxes applicable. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Please treat your jewellery just as carefully as you treat your other precious metal jewellery. Be careful of bear hugs, quickly ripping off scarves, sandwiching earrings between mobile phone and shoulder, as well as harsh hair and skin products. When travelling, be sure to pack earrings in a rigid container. Keep your Moe Moe earrings in a dry place and avoid letting them come into direct contact with hairsprays, makeup, perfume, pools and ocean water. Store separately from other pieces to save from scratching or tarnishing. Remove your Moe Moe jewellery before bed and wipe sterling silver with a clean, soft cloth. Sterling silver can slightly tarnish in humid environments over time. You can bring your silver back to life by gently rubbing it with a jewellery polishing cloth.
DOES MY PURCHASE COME WRAPPED?
Yes, we lovingly wrap all full priced retail orders in Moe Moe branded gift boxes. Sale earrings may be combined into a single gift box and outlet earrings may come wrapped in tissue paper. Please contact us if you need each item wrapped individually for gifting.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business day and delivery takes 3-5 business days for major cities. Depending on your location, it should arrive within a week. You will automatically receive a tracking number once your parcel has been picked up.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Please email sales@moemoedesign.com.au straight away with an image of the item and we will follow up as soon as possible. We offer free replacements of any faulty sterling silver components and silver alloy panels where the artwork is still current.
WHAT IS MOE MOE JEWELLERY MADE OF?
All jewellery is designed and handmade in Australia. All earring posts, backs, hooks, necklace chains and jump rings are sterling silver and should not irritate sensitive skin. All of our light-weight silver alloy panels pieces are designed, printed and cut in Australia. In addition, all assembly is done by our fabulous team in Currumbin, QLD. Please contact us if you’d like more information on any specific product. Slight colour variations are a result of the printing process and are a part of the jewellery's individual beauty.
WHERE IS MOE MOE SOLD?
We sell all available pieces on our website until discontinued. However, we also have approx. 300 stockists throughout Australia + New Zealand that you can find on our Stockist Map. We are currently seeking stockists outside of Australia, especially in the US and UK...so please contact us if you know of a shop that might be a good fit, or if you are one!
