WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD?
We sell a small selection of our best selling items on our website. However, we have a wide range (over 200 different styles) that we wholesale to over 200 stockists throughout Australia + New Zealand that you can find on our Stockist Map. We are currently seeking stockists outside of Australia, especially in the US and UK...so please contact us if you know of a shop that might be a good fit, or if you are one!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
The jewellery can be fairly fragile. Be careful of bear hugs, quickly ripping off scarves, sandwiching earrings between mobile phone and shoulder, as well as harsh hair and skin products. When travelling, be sure to pack earrings in a hard container. Silk tassels can be straightened by wetting them, tugging straight and hanging to dry. Keep away from water and anything corrosive (hairsprays, makeup, perfume). Store separately from other pieces to save from scratching or tarnishing. After wear, remove before bed and wipe sterling silver with a clean soft cloth.

WHAT IS THE JEWELLERY MADE OF?
All jewellery is designed and handmade in Australia. All earring posts, backs, hooks, necklace chains and jump rings are sterling silver and should not irritate sensitive skin. All of our light-weight aluminium metal pieces are designed, printed and cut in Australia. In addition, all assembly is done by our fabulous team in Tugun, QLD. Please contact us if you’d like more information on any specific product. Colour variations are a result of the printing process and are a part of the jewellery's individual beauty.

DOES MY PURCHASE COME WRAPPED?
Yes, we lovingly wrap all of our retail orders in Moe Moe branded gift boxes with ribbon. However, the items are not individually wrapped (if you order 3 items, they will come in one gift box).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders within 1 business day and delivery takes 2-3 days for major cities. Depending on your location, it should arrive within a week. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Please email admin@moemoedesign.com.au straight away with an image of the item and your packing slip and we will follow up as soon as possible. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on returns and replacements.

HOW DO I DISPLAY MY JEWELLERY?
We find our jewellery sells best on our custom birch wood display stands. To give yourself the best chance of consistent turnover, please ONLY DISPLAY MOE MOE DESIGN JEWELLERY ON MOE MOE’S PROPRIETARY DISPLAY STANDS, and ensure the stands are always well presented and fully stocked. If the aforementioned is not maintained Moe Moe Design reserves the right to reclaim the stands, which are supplied on a rental basis to be sent back if required.

We have a necklace stand, earring window, small and large terrace stands and slotted baseboards. With any store’s FIRST order, you are eligible to receive an entire concept area FREE OF CHARGE. This offer is not applicable to any subsequent orders. Please contact us if you would like to add a FREE concept area to your first order. Otherwise, stands can be purchased at any time.
