RETAIL TERMS + CONDITIONS

SHIPPING
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business day(s) of order receipt M-F.  Any adjustments or cancellations of orders must be made via email to sales@moemoedesign.com.au before 8:00am the following business day. Expect your delivery within 2-3 business days of dispatch. Please allow an additional few days for regional areas.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Please note, any items purchased through independent Moe Moe Design stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.

Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item you must submit a request to return email to sales@moemoedesign.com.au within 7 days of receipt. We must receive the item(s) within 14 days of rceipt. Returns will not be accepted any later than 7 business days after return request has been emailed. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender and Moe Moe Design cannot accept responsibility for any items misplaced during transit. We do not offer exchanges (for hygienic purposes). All non-refund returns will be provided a credit note. Returns must be mailed to:

Faulty Items: If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email sales@moemoedesign.com.au with your order number, a photo of your packing slip, and a photo of the product for assessment. We will ship replacements within 1 week. 

Warranty: All Moe Moe jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed faulty, as the result of Moe Moe Design's error will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. Products that are no longer in stock will be replaced with a newer style. Products that are no longer covered by a warranty, or are damaged as the result of mistreatment, ageing or normal wear and tear, will incur a repair fee and will not be eligible for replacement. *Please be sure to follow our care instructions included with your piece.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

On occasion, we may offer exclusive in-studio sales. These sales are not valid at any of our retailers, and can only be redeemed with Moe Moe Design directly.

WHOLESALE TERMS + CONDITIONS

DISPLAY STANDS
To give yourself the best chance of consistent turnover, please ONLY DISPLAY MOE MOE DESIGN JEWELLERY ON MOE MOE’S PROPRIETARY DISPLAY STANDS, and ensure the stands are always well presented and fully stocked. If the aforementioned is not maintained Moe Moe Design reserves the right to reclaim the stands, which are supplied on a rental basis to be sent back if required.

EXCLUSIVITY
We honour exclusivity for our stockists' post codes given they make a commitment to loving and selling our jewellery as best they can. We offer post code exclusivity on a 6 month basis, after which it is up for renewal (based on payment history and number of stock turns). We reserve the right to discontinue exclusivity if prompt payment is not met.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Because we make everything especially for your order, we require a minimum purchase of $400 and a deposit of $300 (for new stockists). We request minimum quantities of 2 per item. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Australia Express Post within 1-3 business days of placement, unless Standard Post is requested. We will do our best to ship as fast as we can, but we do not hold stock and every piece is made to order, so shipping time may vary depending on the size of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post International 1-3 business days after placement. We will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped. Orders typically arrive 2 weeks after date of shipment, but can take longer if held at customs. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the Australia Post stated delivery time. Please contact us if you have any expedited or special shipping needs.

RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your new Moe Moe Design jewellery, but in the event that you are unhappy with it, you may exchange it within 2 weeks of your order date. Please contact us and include your order number and name before sending an item back and we will provide you with all of the necessary info. All returns related postage is at your expense. But in the instance of a faulty item, we will cover shipping and can offer you an exchange of the same value or a credit note for a future order. All faulty items must include proof of purchase and an image of the item. We will not cover shipping or provide a refund for items that are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear and tear. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us!

JEWELLERY INFORMATION + SPECS
All jewellery is designed and handmade in Australia.  All earring posts, backs, hooks, necklace chains and jump rings are sterling silver and should not irritate sensitive skin. All short chains are adjustable to different lengths. All of our light-weight aluminium metal pieces are designed, printed and cut in Australia. In addition, all assembly is done by our fabulous team in Tugun, QLD. Please contact us if you’d like more information on any specific product. Colour variations are a result of the printing process and are a part of the jewellery's individual beauty.

RIGHT TO RECOVER
As a representative of the Moe Moe Brand, we seek to develop long-term friendships with you and invite feedback as we grow our company. However, we reserve the right to remove our stock from a shop (with a refund) in the following cases: If our jewellery is not displayed within a week of arrival; If our unique proprietary stands are used to display any other brands of jewellery; Or, if the jewellery is not paid for in full after the Invoice Due Date. 

PAYMENT FEES
If you choose to pay over the phone or online with credit card (rather than direct transfer), we split the fee Stripe charges us with our stockists and charge an additional fee of 1% of your total purchase.
