SHIPPING
All orders will be dispatched with tracking within 1-2 business day(s) of order receipt Monday to Friday. Expect your delivery within 2-3 business days of dispatch. Please allow an additional few days for regional and non-metro areas.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Moe Moe Design cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons so please choose carefully. If you have questions that effect your decision to purchase, please email sales@moemoedesign.com.au so we can help ensure the product is exactly what you expect!

CHANGE OF MIND 
WE CANNOT PROCESS CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS ON EARRINGS FOR HYGIENE REASONS.

If you wish to return or exchange an item (which cannot be earrings) please email sales@moemoedesign.com.au within 7 days of receipt so that we know to keep an eye out for your parcel.

For your item to be eligible for a credit or exchange, the item must remain in it's original packaging, unworn and undamaged. (Please do not send your Moe Moe goods to us in an envelope as a letter because the jewellery can be crushed by the machinery that Aus Post uses to sort mail.) We recommend you use tracked parcel shipping as we do not accept responsibility for undelivered returns.

All returns must be received within 14 days of original purchase and will not be valid outside this period.

FAULTY ITEMS 
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email sales@moemoedesign.com.au with your order number, a photo of your packing slip, and a photo of the product for assessment. We will ship an exact replacement only of any product deemed faulty within 5 business days.

WARRANTY
All Moe Moe jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed faulty, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. Products that are no longer in stock will be credited to your account. Products that are no longer covered by a warranty, or are damaged as the result of mistreatment, ageing or normal wear and tear, will incur a repair fee and will not be eligible for replacement.

LOST HOOKS / STUDS / EARRINGS
Please store your Moe Moe Design jewellery with love and care. We understand that sometimes little things get lost so we happy to replace missing components to make sure you can always wear your favourite Moe Moe design jewellery:

GOLD OR STERLING SILVER STUDS: $5 each + $1 postage
STERLING SILVER LONG HOOK: $5 each + $1 postage
STERLING SILVER SHORT HOOK: $5 each + $1 postage
PRINTED PANEL PIECE: $5 each + $1 postage
ENTIRE SINGLE EARRING (if still in stock): half the $RRP of the pair + $1 postage

On occasion, we may offer exclusive in-studio sales. These sales are not valid at any of our retailers, and can only be redeemed with Moe Moe Design directly at our studio or at www.moemoedesign.com.au

If you wish to adjust your order please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. Moe Moe design cannot guarantee that your order can be adjusted and does not take responsibility for orders that were placed incorrectly.
